At Prime Key Credit, we are dedicated to educating and helping people fix their credit profile. Our goal is to learn more about our Clients future goals and desires and assist with their credit repair needs. We strive for customer satisfaction.
We cannot make any verbal or written promise, or guarantee of outcome, score increases, or timing of credit repair services. As our valued Client, you may request a refund if you believe that Prime Key Credit did not complete the requirements as defined in our Client Agreement. Client will receive a full refund (minus postage and administrative/onboarding fee) if all the below conditions are met:
1. If you've obtained our services for more than 150 days and we do not remove any negatives.
2. You have not used a credit-consulting agency nor attempted to repair your credit at least two years prior to signing up for our services.
3. You have had no new collections or missed payments during the time frame we as our Client.
4. You have maintained credit monitoring services at all times during the time frame as our Client.
5. Client was never late and always paid minimum balance due on all existing trade lines, or new credit lines acquired during duration with Prime Key Credit.
6. You agree & have sent updated reports/responses from the three credit bureaus & creditors to us within five days of receipt. You should receive updated credit reports every 30-45 days and make us aware if updated reports have not been received.
How to request refund?
Client shall request a refund in writing or e-mail. Prime Key Credit will review the request to confirm if Client followed the terms of our Refund Policy. The process can take up to 7-10 business days after letter or e-mail is received. Prime Key Credit will determine if the request is approved or denied and the decision will be final.
